Chase Babcock

Chase Babcock is the Director of Operations at StrivePD and has over three years of experience in the talent acquisition field. Prior to joining StrivePD, Chase was the Talent Acquisition Manager at Thirty Madison. There, they nearly 60% of Americans suffer from at least one chronic condition. Today we treat three chronic conditions, each impacting tens of millions of Americans, and we are just getting started.

At Thirty Madison, Chase brought solutions to problems experienced by all stakeholder groups, while never losing sight of the ultimate goal — better health outcomes for more patients through an enjoyable experience that puts them first.

Before their time at Thirty Madison, Chase was an HR coordinator at both the School of Visual Arts and Children of Promise, NYC. In these roles, they were responsible for a variety of tasks such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.

Chase began their career as a Recruiting Coordinator at Managed by Q where they were responsible for full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions. Chase later went on to work as a Recruiting Coordinator (Contract) at Sonder Inc.

In their free time, Chase enjoys spending time with their family and friends, traveling, and exploring new restaurants.
