Eric Kalima

Eric Kalima is an experienced agricultural professional currently serving as the Country Manager for Rainbow Agrosciences Zambia since November 2021, where responsibilities include leading operations and ensuring profitability while adhering to country regulations. Prior experience includes roles as Technical Director at Plant Health Agri Limited, Regional Manager at BASF The Chemical Company, and Senior Agronomist at ATS Agrochemicals Ltd, among others. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business and Management from Zambia Open University, a Senior Certificate in Sugar Cane Management from the South Africa Sugar Research Institute, and a Diploma in Horticulture from the NRDC/ZEGA Training Trust, complemented by technical certifications and training in agronomy and crop protection.
