Cici Ventura

Cici Ventura has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Cici currently works at Runn as a Senior Customer Success Manager, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at ePACT Network Ltd. as a Senior Customer Success Manager from January 2019 to February 2023, Customer Success Manager from July 2017 to January 2019, and Customer Success Coordinator from March 2016 to June 2017. Cici also has experience as an Account Manager at Mercex Comercial from January 2014 to January 2016, Account Manager at New Content Shop from July 2013 to December 2013, and Senior Account Manager at Trip Editora e Propaganda from November 2010 to December 2012. Cici started their career as an Account Coordinator at Agência Babel from May 2010 to October 2010, followed by a role as an Account Coordinator at Mercex Comercial from January 2007 to April 2010. Prior to that, they worked as an Advertising Executive at RIT – Rede Internacional de Televisão from May 2006 to December 2006 and as an Advertising Executive - Trainee at QG Comunicação from July 2004 to November 2004. Throughout their career, Cici has gained experience in customer success management, account management, coordination of advertising campaigns, and advertising campaign development.

Cici Ventura attended Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 1996 to 1999, where they completed their University Graduation degree in Advertising. Later, in 2003 to 2004, they attended the same university and obtained a Post Secondary School degree in Marketing. In 2015, Cici received the IELTS certification from the British Council.
