Tânia Dias is an experienced professional specializing in people and culture management, corporate communication, and event coordination. Currently serving as People and Culture Manager at Runtime Revolution since January 2022, Tânia focuses on internal and external marketing, people engagement, and fostering a positive team culture. Prior to this role, Tânia worked at Hovione from December 2019 to December 2021, managing corporate communication and coordinating various events. Tânia's earlier experience includes roles at Tours For You, Quinta do Frade, and KriaEventos, where skills in external communication, client management, and event planning were developed. Tânia holds a degree in Tourism Management from Escola Superior de Hotelaria e Turismo do Estoril, complemented by further education in branding and English.
