Maegan Tumbleson, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Maegan began their career at Cooper Standard in 2011 as an HR Contractor, specializing in labor negotiations. Maegan then worked as a Training Coordinator at Texas Roadhouse from 2007 to 2012. In 2011, they joined Griffith Rubber Mills as the Corporate Human Resources Manager, where they served until 2017. During their time at Griffith Rubber Mills, they gained experience in managing human resources at a corporate level. Since 2017, Maegan has been working at Ruoff Mortgage, starting as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and progressing to roles such as Director of Employee Wellbeing and currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources. Maegan'swork at Ruoff Mortgage has allowed their to refine their skills in generalist HR functions, benefits management, and leadership within the human resources department.
Maegan Tumbleson, SHRM-CP, graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision- Human Resources Management. Maegan attended Purdue University from 2004 to 2009. In addition to their degree, Maegan Tumbleson has obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification, which they received in January 2022 from SHRM.
