Dr. Jennifer Weinberg is a Functional Medicine Educator, Researcher, and Technical Content Writer at Rupa Health since 2022. Jennifer has been the President of The Simple | Pure | WholeTM Wellness Method since 2013, where they offer innovative online wellness and education programs, engaging workshops and teleseminars, individual and group health coaching, resiliency training and meaningful stress-management programs. Since 2010, they have worked as a Freelance Education and Communications Consultant in Health and Medical Sciences, available for short- and long-term projects. Since 2017, they have been an Adjunct Professor at Monmouth University in the Department of Health and Physical Education/Nursing, engaging in curriculum development and teaching courses around health, nutrition, public health, women's health, global health and social justice. Jennifer Weinberg, MD, MPH, MBE has a diverse education history. Jennifer obtained their Bachelor of Science in Biological Psychology and Mathematics from Cedar Crest College in 2002. Jennifer then completed a Postbaccalaureate Pre-Medical Program at Bryn Mawr College. In 2005, they began their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) at the University of Pennsylvania, where they also received Certificates in Global Health and Women's Health Research. In 2010, they completed their M.D. and also obtained a Master of Bioethics (M.B.E.) from the University of Pennsylvania. In 2011, they began their Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and also obtained a Certificate in Environmental and Occupational Health. Jennifer completed their M.P.H. in 2012 and also obtained a Certified Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. In addition to their degrees, they also hold certifications in Environmental and Occupational Health, Global Health, Women's Health, and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach from various institutions, as well as a Yoga Alliance 200 hour Certified Interdisciplinary/Self-Awakening Yoga Instructor from the Nosara Yoga Institute.
