Riya Saini

Riya Saini has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in HR and business operations. In their current position as a People Operations Specialist at Rupifi, they are responsible for managing HR functions. Prior to this, they served as an Associate in the People Operations department at the same company. Riya also had a role as an HR COE focusing on talent acquisition and pre-onboarding.

Before joining Rupifi, Riya worked as a Human Resources Executive at Datakrew, where they played a key role in recruiting and building a strong team. Riya also served as an HR trainee at the same company, where they gained experience in sourcing profiles and hiring for various roles.

In addition to their HR roles, Riya also had experience in business operations and development as a part of the 10x Academy. Riya started their career as an Academic Tutor at UrbanPro.com, where they provided academic support to students.

Riya's earlier experience includes working as a member of the sponsorship team at Harithkram (Environment Society, SBSC), where they identified potential sponsors, negotiated deals, and facilitated meetings. Riya was also an active member of the Model United Nations.

Afterward, from 2016 to 2019, they enrolled at Delhi University and completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with Honours. Additionally, Riya has obtained several certifications, including the Ultimate HR - HR Generalist course with Compensation and Payroll Management from Udemy in January 2022, the Human Resource Management (Short Course) from Oxford Home Study College in December 2021, the Payroll in Excel Certification from Udemy in August 2021, and the Certificate in Financial Modeling and Valuations from The WallStreet School in May 2021.
