Mike Monde

Mike is responsible for leadership development training, mentorship, recruiting, job quality inspections, new facility setup, and helping to organize field day events within the landscape management division. Mike has been with Ruppert for over 19 years, has over 25 years of industry experience and holds a degree in business administration from Delaware Valley College.
