Alejandro García

Alejandro García has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. In 1998, they began their career as a Technical Support representative at Datacard Group, where they performed electromechanical maintenance and installations. Alejandro worked autonomously to diagnose and solve issues, while also maintaining inventory levels and providing customer support through the company's ERP platform.

In 2003, Alejandro joined Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG as a Field Engineer. Alejandro conducted routine maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical and mechanical equipment, while also providing technical support and training to operators. Alejandro recommended fine tuning sets to improve machine performance and reduce downtime.

From 2005 to 2013, Alejandro worked at Eastman Kodak as a Field Service Engineer. Alejandro installed, serviced, and troubleshooted digital presses and finishing equipment. Alejandro also conducted equipment demonstrations and assisted less experienced colleagues in resolving complex issues.

Starting in 2015, Alejandro served as a Field Engineer at AGC Digital S.A. de C.V., where they were responsible for timely installation of digital presses and providing onsite technical support to customers in the Mexico City area. Alejandro also supported the regional team in achieving shared goals.

In 2018, Alejandro joined Gerber Technology as a Field Service Engineer. Alejandro delivered exceptional customer service by performing maintenance on customer systems, diagnosing and repairing hardware malfunctions, and providing pre-installation guidance. Alejandro maintained accurate records of test reports, installations, and other related documentation.

Currently, Alejandro works as a Field Application Engineer at Ruptela since 2019. Alejandro assists customers in understanding Ruptela Telematics products, performs software and hardware demos, and installs and configures systems. Alejandro proactively identifies and resolves issues and provides top-notch technical support to customers, configuring services to meet their specific requirements.

Alejandro García completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Administration and Business Management from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México from 2005 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned an Engineer's degree in Electrical, Electronic, and Communication Engineering from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional between 1992 and 1997.
