Joseph Lyon

Joseph Lyon is an experienced Loan Officer at Rural 1st® since November 2018, specializing in flexible financing solutions for land, recreational properties, homes on land, and home construction loans. Previously, Joseph served as a Personal Banker at First Security Bank from April 2017 to November 2018, and as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual from November 2014 to July 2016. Joseph's career also includes a role as Program Administrator for the Commonwealth of Kentucky from March 2011 to November 2014, and as a Teacher of American Government at KCTCS from July 2011 to April 2014. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration in Political Science and Government, and a Bachelor of Science in Education, both from Western Kentucky University.
