Matthew Kennedy

Matthew Kennedy is an experienced professional specializing in rural development and environmental health. Since May 2017, Matthew has served as the Regional Contract Manager at the Rural Community Assistance Corporation (RCAC), overseeing a portfolio of grants and contracts to ensure timely and budget-compliant deliverables. Prior to this role, Matthew worked as a Rural Development Specialist II at RCAC, providing technical and financial assistance for water and wastewater systems in Utah.
