Steven Harmon

Steven Harmon has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade, with their first job in 2009 as an Automotive Salesperson at Mitsubishi Motors. Steven then worked as an Inside Sales Consultant at Solar City in 2014, and as a Sales Associate at Summit Athletic from 2016 until 2018. In 2018, they joined Tesla as a Production Staff member and eventually became a Production Trainer. In 2019, Steven became an Operations Manager at Amazon after a brief stint as a Shift Manager. Steven then joined Blue Raven Solar in 2021 as a Sales Development Representative and worked their way up to Inside Sales Consultant and Inside Sales Manager. In 2022, Steven transitioned to RURAL as the Head of Culture & Communications and Inside Sales Manager.

Steven Harmon attended Yavapai College from 2020 to 2021, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. In October 2021, they obtained a certification in Management from Yavapai College.
