Brian Hemple

Brian Hemple has worked for several companies in various roles over the years. Their most recent position is Vice President of Strategic Sales at RURAL, where they spearhead residential and commercial solar sales, project management, and sales management. Brian also oversees all marketing efforts, develops customized solar solutions, manages projects from inception to completion, and ensures client satisfaction. Prior to joining RURAL, Brian was an Agency Development Manager at Colonial Life from 2020 to 2023, a Territory Manager at Eclipse in 2019, and a Sales Representative/Team Leader at Aptive Environmental from 2015 to 2019. Before that, they were a Labratory Manager/Phlebotomist at BYU-Idaho Health Center from 2012 to 2016 and a Sales Representative at Island Power Solutions in 2014. Throughout their work experience, Brian has orchestrated team events, trained and motivated other employees, and developed and maintained strong relationships with clients.

Brian Hemple started their education at Lehi High School, where they earned a High School Diploma in 2008. Later, they attended Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2012 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Health/Medical Psychology.
