Stephen Sharbaugh

Stephen Sharbaugh is the Legislative Counsel at the Rural Wireless Association. Prior to that, they worked as a law clerk at Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP from June 2019 to June 2021. Before that, they interned with Bethesda Big Train Baseball in 2016 and worked as a Football Gameday Marketing Assistant at Stetson University in 2014. Stephen also has experience as a Marketing and Advertising Manager, having worked at Chevy Chase Glass Co. from July 2014 to August 2018.

Stephen Sharbaugh has a Doctor of Law from The George Washington University Law School, a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Business from Stetson University, and a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from the University of Oxford. Stephen attended Walt Whitman High School.
