Micah Tesdall

Micah Tesdall has over 15 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Operations for Rush Copley Medical Group at Rush Copley Medical Center. In this role, they oversee the operations of the medical group. Prior to this, they worked as a Manager of Practice Operations for Northwestern Medicine Physician Partners. In this director-level position, they managed the operations of nine outpatient physician practices across eight specialties. Before that, Micah was a Practice Manager at DuPage Medical Group, where they managed internal medicine, family medicine, and after-hours care practices. Micah also has experience as a Practice Manager at the Medical College of Wisconsin, where they oversaw a Pediatric Pathology practice. Earlier in their career, Micah held intern positions in various hospitals, including Rush University Medical Center, Rush Oak Park Hospital, Carle Foundation Hospital, and Morris Hospital. This summer job at Morris Hospital sparked their interest in healthcare and led him to pursue a career in the field.

Micah Tesdall holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Aurora University, which was completed in 2021. Prior to that, Micah obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Health Systems Management from RUSH University between 2006 and 2008. Micah's undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Community Health: Health Administration & Planning from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completed from 2002 to 2006.
