We are looking for someone who is passionate about ensuring product quality to delight our users. The Product QA is responsible for ensuring the consistent quality and performance of RSI’s product offerings in LatAm. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive testing strategies for both new and existing product features. The specialist will collaborate with the VP of LatAm, the Director of Operations, and cross-functional teams to identify product requirements, perform rigorous testing, monitor for bugs, and manage the implementation of new features across LatAm markets.

  • Key Responsibilities
    Product Coordination and Development
  • Collaborate with the VP of LatAm and Director of Operations to define and prioritize product developments.
  • Act as a liaison between LatAm markets and the product development team, ensuring local market needs are considered.
  • Document and communicate product requirements and updates effectively.
  • Continuous Product Testing and Bug Identification
  • Develop and maintain a robust testing framework to consistently evaluate existing product features.
  • Perform regular audits and tests on current products to identify bugs, usability issues, or performance inconsistencies.
  • Work proactively with technical teams to address and resolve any discovered issues promptly.
  • Quality Assurance for New Features
  • Conduct thorough end-to-end testing of new product features, ensuring they meet functional and user experience standards.
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans for new developments.
  • Document test results and provide actionable feedback to development teams to improve product quality.
  • Feature Implementation Management
  • Manage the rollout of new product features across LatAm markets, ensuring a smooth and timely launch.
  • Provide comprehensive training and documentation for internal teams to support effective feature adoption.
  • Monitor post-launch performance to address any issues swiftly and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Align with technical teams, marketing, compliance, and other departments to ensure seamless product integration.

Act as the primary point of contact for product-related issues or escalations from LatAm markets.

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and resolving bugs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in QA tools and software for test planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in product quality assurance or a related role, preferably in the gaming, technology, or online platform sectors.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
  • Experience in the LatAm market and knowledge of regulatory environments is highly desirable.
