Edgard Aguirre

Edgard Aguirre has a diverse work experience in the technology and software development industry. Edgard currently holds the position of Director of People & Culture LATAM at Rush Street Interactive, a modern gaming company. Edgard has also served as the Tech Hub Director and Senior Engineering Manager at the same company.

Prior to joining Rush Street Interactive, Edgard worked at TEAM International as a Delivery Manager. In this role, they oversaw a team of over 70 engineers and managed operations, accounts, and engineering management for North American clients.

Before that, Edgard worked at Matter Supply Co. as the Colombia Managing and Technology Director. Edgard was responsible for the company's operations in Colombia, built a team of 22 developers, and handled projects for clients such as Nike, BMW, and Impossible Foods.

Edgard also gained experience at Huge, where they served as a Senior Software Engineer, iOS/Mobile, and later as a Technical Resource Manager. Edgard led a team of developers and designers and helped other teams in various global offices with their development problems. Edgard also played a role in launching the Huge Academy, a program aimed at helping young individuals acquire the skills required by the company.

Additionally, Edgard worked at Ride.com as a Senior Software Engineer, iOS/Mobile, and at Kogi Mobile as a Senior iOS Software Developer. At Globant, they were a Senior Software Engineer, iOS/Mobile, and was involved in developing various applications. Edgard also worked as a freelance Senior iOS Software Developer at Kogi Mobile, where they developed an application for dental patients.

Earlier in their career, Edgard worked at Domoti S.A.S as a Senior Software Engineer, iOS/Mobile, and at Gorgona LLC as an iOS Software Developer and Consultant.

Throughout their career, Edgard demonstrated strong technical and leadership skills, successfully managing teams, delivering projects, and contributing to the growth and success of the companies they worked for.

Edgard Aguirre attended the University of East London from 2008 to 2010. During this period, they pursued a Master of Science in Information Technologies, earning their MSc IT degree.
