Erin Dufoe-Shaughnessy Pharmd

Erin Dufoe-Shaughnessy PharmD, MBA, BCPS, CPEL, FACHE serves as the Senior Director of Pharmacy at Rush University System for Health since April 2020, previously holding the position of Director of Pharmacy at Rush University Medical Center. With extensive experience in pharmacy leadership, Erin worked as the Director of Pharmacy and Respiratory Services at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center from May 2018 to April 2020 and held various roles at MetroSouth Medical Center from July 2007 to July 2018, including Director of Pharmacy, Interim Director of Pharmacy, and Clinical Pharmacy Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Clinical Pharmacy Manager at St. Francis Hospital and Health Center and as a Clinical Staff Pharmacist at the University of Illinois at Chicago Medical Center. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Illinois Chicago, an Executive Master of Business degree from the University of North Alabama, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology with minors in Anthropology and Chemistry from Northern Illinois University.
