Don McLaughlin

Don McLaughlin currently serves as a Venture Executive at Rushlight Ventures, LLC, focusing on the commercialization of intellectual property and technology from government-funded research and development. In addition, Don holds an Advisor position at T-Worx Holdings after nearly a decade of leadership as President of T-Worx Technologies. Previous experience includes service in the United States Department of Justice and as an Officer in the United States Air Force. Don earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from the United States Air Force Academy.
