Amy Hayden

Amy Hayden is a Partner at Russ, August & Kabat, where the practice focuses on representing patent owners in litigation and licensing to protect and monetize intellectual property since November 2018. Previous experience includes serving as a Patent Litigation Associate at Fenwick & West from October 2015 to October 2018, and various roles as a Litigation Associate at Proskauer Rose LLP and Fenwick & West from 2012 to 2015. Amy Hayden obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law and holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from UCLA.
