Nicole O'Connell

Nicole O'Connell has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being Director of Human Resources at Russ Davis Wholesale Inc. Nicole held this position from March 2016 to the present. Prior to that, they worked at Western Bank, where they held various roles including Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and Marketing, Board Secretary from June 2014 to March 2016. Before that, they were the Human Resources Administration Manager and Officer from March 2011 to May 2014, as well as a Human Resources Generalist from May 2000 to March 2011. Throughout their career, Nicole has been involved in developing organizational strategies, managing performance standards, conducting compensation and benefit analysis, and overseeing the employment process and employee relations.

Nicole O'Connell earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Nicole attended the university from 1996 to 2000.
