Catherine Milne

Catherine Milne joined Russel Metals in May 2021 as Vice President, Human Resources. Mrs. Milne is responsible for the human resources function across the organization including the development and implementation of human resources strategy, programs, policies, and systems.

Mrs. Milne has over 20 years of experience as an HR leader in large Canadian manufacturing and financial services industries with an international presence. Most recently Mrs. Milne was Vice President of Human Resources and Health and Safety for TC Transcontinental Inc.

Mrs. Milne has her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Trent University and achieved the designation of Certified Human Resources Executive in 2020 from the Human Resources Professional Association in recognition of her strategic HR leadership experience.
