Zhanxiao Ma P.e. (Jaxon)

Zhanxiao (Jaxon) Ma, P.E. is a Structural Design Engineer at Russell and Dawson Architecture - Engineering - Construction since January 2017, where responsibilities include performing structural analysis and design for wood, steel, and concrete structures, reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFIs, and conducting building inspections. Prior to this role, Zhanxiao served as a Research Assistant at West Virginia University from September 2012 to December 2015, focusing on experiments related to the durability of self-consolidating concrete and developing finite element models for concrete shrinkage and creep behaviors. Additionally, Zhanxiao worked as a Teaching Assistant, contributing to the preparation of teaching materials and tutoring undergraduate students in various structural engineering subjects. Zhanxiao earned a Master's degree in Structural Engineering from West Virginia University in 2016.
