Greg Neill

Greg is an experienced tax lawyer and provides advice on a broad range of New Zealand tax matters for local and offshore clients. His primary expertise includes M&A, private equity, banking and corporate finance, real estate and forestry transactions.

Greg spent several years in the banking and financial structuring group at Linklaters LLP in London and is particularly experienced with corporate and financing transactions involving complex tax, financial reporting or regulatory capital aspects. He returned to Russell McVeagh in 2021 to further enhance the market-leading tax team.
