Camilla Ward

Camilla Ward is an experienced Executive Search Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates, serving since June 2025. Previously, Camilla held the position of Engagement Manager at Heidrick & Struggles from January 2020 to May 2025, focusing on the Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Government Affairs practice. Prior to that, Camilla was a Senior Associate and Legal Extern at the International Monetary Fund in early 2019 and the Department of Industry, Science and Resources from February 2016 to August 2018, where legal counsel was provided for the Offshore Resources Division. Camilla obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) from Georgetown Law in 2019 and holds both a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from The Australian National University, completed in 2015. Additionally, foundational education was received at Lauriston Girls' School from 2005 to 2008.
