Denise Alves

Denise Alves has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Denise began their career as a Computer Programmer at Biomedical Equipamentos e Produtos Médico-Cirúrgicos from August 1993 to December 1998.

In 2000, they joined Pegasus Solutions as a Finance and Administrative Manager. In this role, they acted as a Controller for Brazil and Argentina, overseeing various financial responsibilities such as accountant, financial controls, audit procedures, trial balance and reconciliations, taxes calculation, payroll, and facilities and IT. Denise also played a key role in consolidating the operations of Argentina, Chile, and Colombia offices to Brazil.

Denise Alves later moved on to Russell Reynolds Associates, where they assumed roles with increasing responsibilities. Denise first served as the Finance & Administrative Manager/Controller for Brazil and Argentina from January 2008 onwards. Subsequently, they became the Head of Finance & Operations Spain in January 2021, then advanced to the position of Head of Finance & Operations Spain and Türkiye in 2022, and finally, was appointed as the Head of Finance & Operations South Europe (Spain, Italy, and Türkiye) from May 2023 onwards.

Denise Alves pursued their education in a chronological order. From 1989-1992, they attended Unibero where they obtained a degree in Computer Programming & IT Service. Later, from 2003-2005, they enrolled at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo where they completed their Post Graduation in Finance & Administration Business School.
