Jackie Ross has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Jackie began their career in 2000 as an Account Executive at Hammock Publishing and later worked as an Assistant Managing Editor at The Motley Fool. In 2003, they joined Hammock as the Director of Marketing & Business Development before transitioning to Mental Health America in 2004 as the Senior Director of Marketing & Development. From 2006 to 2008, Jackie served as the Director of Client Services, Advertising Roundtable at CEB (Corporate Executive Board), where they managed key accounts such as eBay, Clorox, Microsoft, and Disney. Jackie then worked as the Director of Business Development at World 50, Inc. from 2008 to 2009 and Walker Information from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, Jackie became the Vice President of Business Development at GLG, specializing in life sciences. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Director, Biotech & AgFoodTech at Russell Reynolds Associates, a role they have held since 2015.

Jackie Ross graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2000 with a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and Sociology. In 2009, they attended the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley for an Executive Leadership Program. That same year, Jackie also enrolled in The Coaches Training Institute to gain expertise in Co-Active Coaching Fundamentals. Moving forward to 2021, they completed a Certificate in Wine Business Management from Sonoma State University. Currently, Jackie is pursuing certification in Professional Assessment through the Hogan Assessments Certification Workshop, starting in 2022.
