Juerg Herbert Baertschi

Juerg Herbert Baertschi has worked in various leadership advisory and search firms throughout their career. Juerg Herbert started at Odgers Berndtson in 1988 as the Manager of Internal Services and Head of Research. From 1995 to 2000, they worked at Egon Zehnder as the Head of Operations. Following this, they joined Korn Ferry in 2000 as the Vice President of Operations EMEA and HR Business Partner, where they stayed until 2018. Currently, they are the Head of Research and Operations, Asia Pacific at Russell Reynolds Associates, a position they have held since 2019.
