Jennifer Pham

Jennifer Pham's work experience includes roles at multiple companies. Jennifer started their career at Emerald Wave Media as a Radio Traffic Assistant, where they performed various tasks related to customer relationship management, advertisement billing, and building on-air logs for radio stations. Jennifer then worked at Boeing as a Software Application Tester I, where they reviewed test documents, met deadlines for system integration testing, and provided detailed bug documentation. Jennifer later joined Deloitte, initially as a Consultant in Cyber Security, where they established a system security plan, completed compliance documentation, and managed the closure of audit findings. At Deloitte, they also took on the role of Lead in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, where they facilitated discussions, led a team, and created and distributed solutions for DEI initiatives. Currently, they are working at Russell Reynolds Associates as the Commercial Operations Lead for DE&I.

Jennifer Pham began their education in 2013 at Humboldt State University, where they did not complete a degree or major in a specific field of study. In 2014, they enrolled at Allan Hancock College and earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management in 2017. From 2017 to 2019, Jennifer attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, but their degree and field of study were not specified. Additionally, Jennifer has obtained two additional certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in January 2022 and Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) from the ASTQB in March 2019.
