Liz Cusack

Liz Cusack has extensive experience in research and executive recruitment. Liz currently works as a Research Director for Financial Officers Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates, where they lead searches for CFO positions in various industries globally. Prior to this, they worked as a Researcher at the same company.

Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Liz worked as a Research Associate at Lygon Group for three years. Liz also founded their own consulting company, Liz Cusack Consulting Ltd, where they worked as a Freelance Executive Researcher for seven years.

Liz gained further experience as a Senior Researcher at The Miles Partnership, specializing in finance and general management searches for various businesses in the leisure, retail, and manufacturing sectors. Liz also worked as a Senior Researcher at Whitehead Mann.

Earlier in their career, Liz worked as a Senior Manager at Antal International and received graduate training at Walkers Snack Foods. Overall, Liz Cusack has a wealth of experience in research and executive recruitment, with a focus on CFO positions and diverse talent acquisition.

Liz Cusack attended Wellington School from 1984 to 1991. Following their high school education, they enrolled at the University of Surrey and pursued a BSc Hons degree in German and Law. This academic journey took place from 1991 to 1995.
