Nalina Nop

Nalina Nop is a skilled professional with a diverse background in project coordination, academic partnerships, and enrollment services. Currently serving as a Project Coordinator at Russell Reynolds Associates since March 2022, Nalina previously held the role of Academic Partnerships Manager at monday.com and managed budget and operations at Parsons School of Design at The New School. Experience also includes serving as a Placement Officer at the Institute of International Education and as Assistant Director of Enrollment Services at Mercy College. Earlier roles include counseling and advising students in financial aid and academic matters and providing ESL instruction to refugees. Nalina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Studio Arts from the University of Richmond and an M.B.A. from Mercy College.
