Pam Fitzpatrick

Pam Fitzpatrick is a seasoned professional in sustainability and communications with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Head of Sustainability at Russell Reynolds Associates since March 2022, Pam oversees the firm's internal sustainability initiatives to embed sustainability into operations and culture. Previously, Pam held the position of Head of ESG Center of Excellence at OneTrust, where leadership in developing internal ESG strategies for a Series C funded SaaS startup was key. As Macy's first Vice President of Sustainability, Pam established and implemented the company’s sustainability strategy and ESG disclosure program. Earlier roles included Senior Director at Gartner, advising on sustainable supply chain practices, and Principal at Pam Fitzpatrick Communications Consulting, providing strategic planning services to Fortune 500 companies and nonprofits. Pam has a Master of Public Administration from Baruch College and a BA in English from Allegheny College.
