Pierina Maniffi-Stokes

Pierina Maniffi-Stokes has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Pierina currently holds the position of Research Director and Managing Lead at Russell Reynolds Associates, a prominent executive search firm. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Leaders International Executive Search. Pierina also served as the Director of Research at Waterstone Human Capital.

Before their roles in executive search, Pierina worked as a Talent Acquisition Executive/Partner at Signium Canada, where they focused on helping clients attract and retain top leaders at various levels. Pierina started their career as an Executive Search Consultant at Korn/Ferry International.

Pierina's early professional experience includes working as a Consultant at The Caldwell Partners and serving as a Special Assistant to the HRDC Minister at the Government of Canada. Throughout their career, Pierina has gained valuable expertise in executive search and building strong client relationships.

Pierina Maniffi-Stokes completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in French and Politics at Western University from 1985 to 1989.
