Rebecca Davies is an experienced professional in research and executive search, currently serving as Research Director and Managing Lead at Russell Reynolds Associates since October 2018. Previously, Rebecca held various positions within the CEO and Board Practice at Russell Reynolds, including Research Consultant, Research Associate, and Research Analyst. Prior to this, Rebecca worked as a Research Associate at Fidelio Partners and completed a Research Internship at Fashion Heaven Inc. in late 2017.
