Roberta Zeme

Roberta Zeme has a comprehensive work experience in executive search and assessment. Roberta started their career in 1993 as an Editor and Project Manager at Il Grifone. In 2000, they worked as a Research Analyst at ATKearney Executive Search for a brief period. Roberta then joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 2000 as a Research Analyst and later progressed to the role of Research Consultant. At Russell Reynolds Associates, they were responsible for the entire research process, from search strategy to candidate selection. Since 2012, Roberta has also been working as a Professional Counselor, providing career advice and support with work/life balance and professional transitions.

Roberta Zeme obtained a Diploma in Counseling from C.R.E.A. between 2009 and 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a Degree in Foreign Languages from Università di Pavia from 1985 to 1990. Their earlier educational achievement includes a Diploma in Scientific Studies from Liceo Scientifico, which they completed between 1981 and 1985.
