Sharon Tan

Sharon Tan has had a diverse range of work experiences. Sharon started their career in 2013 as a Risk Advisory Associate at Deloitte, where they worked until 2014. Sharon then joined Euromonitor International as a Senior Consulting Analyst from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, Sharon joined Oliver Wyman as a Knowledge Manager, a role in which they stayed until 2021. Currently, they are working at Russell Reynolds Associates, where they have held various positions. Sharon began as a Knowledge Consultant in the Private Capital and Family Business division from 2021 to 2022. Following that, they served as a Knowledge Director in the same division from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Knowledge Director in the Assessment, Culture, and Development department.

Sharon Tan has a diverse education history. Sharon attended the University of Cambridge from 2019 to 2020, where they pursued a field of study in Business Sustainability Management. Prior to that, they completed a Graduate Diploma in Applied Positive Psychology at The School of Positive Psychology from 2014 to 2015. Sharon'sundergraduate education was at Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Double Degree in Accountancy and Business (Marketing).

In addition to their formal education, Sharon has earned additional certifications. In 2021, they obtained a Specialisation Certificate in Futures Thinking from the Institute for the Future. Moreover, they achieved the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 certification from The Japan Foundation in December 2020.
