Tao Li

Tao Li has a diverse work experience starting in 1999 with Schlumberger as a Software Engineer and Supply Chain Lead. In 2009, they joined The Boston Consulting Group as a Management Consultant. Following that, they worked at TE Connectivity from 2010 to 2015, where they held various roles including BD & Strategy Director, Commercial Director, and General Manager. Since 2015, Tao Li has been working as an Executive Director at Russell Reynolds Associates.

Tao Li's education history begins with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, which they received in 1993. Tao then pursued a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Harbin Institute of Technology, completing their studies in 2006. During this time, from 1997 to 1999, Tao Li also attended the University of Houston to further their studies in Electrical Engineering. Additionally, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Strategy and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, graduating in 2008.
