Tuck Rickards has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Tuck started their career as a Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs from 1986 to 1989. Tuck then worked as a Consultant at Corporate Decisions, Inc. from 1991 to 1992. Following this, they served as a Vice President at Montgomery Securities from 1992 to 1994. Tuck then joined Harman International as a Product Manager in the Multimedia division from 1994 to 1996. Tuck subsequently became the Chief Executive Officer of Virtual Emporium, Inc. from 1996 to 1998. Currently, they are the Managing Director and Leader of the Global Technology Sector at Russell Reynolds Associates since 1998.

Tuck Rickards attended Williams College from 1982 to 1986 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Tuck later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School, graduating in 1991.
