Casey Finnell, MBA, is a dynamic recruiting manager specializing in legal and G&A sectors at Russell Tobin, a leading minority-owned recruitment firm, since February 2021. Previous roles include senior talent partner for TrailRunner International, GTM recruiter for Nextdoor, and sourcing lead at Meta, where proactive partnership with embedded teams effectively addressed strategic hiring needs. Prior to recruitment, Casey held marketing positions at Pain Specialists of Charleston and gained valuable experience as a graduate research assistant and intern in various organizations. Casey holds a Master of Business Administration from Winthrop University and dual bachelor's degrees in Integrated Marketing Communication and Marketing Communication from Winthrop University and Dublin Business School, respectively.
