Sylvia Laabs

Sylvia Laabs is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in consultative communication and project management. Currently serving as a Sr. Marketing Program Manager at Russell Tobin on assignment with the California State Automobile Association, Sylvia oversees campaign development and enhancements. Previous roles include directing marketing initiatives at Accenture Song, leading updates for UnitedHealthcare's collateral, co-managing the Medicare Loyalty & Engagement team at Centene Corporation, and driving member engagement at Aetna. Early career experience includes managing direct marketing campaigns at Anthem, Inc. and Visa USA. Sylvia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and has pursued further education at Ventura College and Moorpark College.
