Sherrie Balmer has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years in various industries. Sherrie started their career as a Regional Business Development Manager at Supreme Insulation from 1996 to 1999, where they consistently exceeded company sales goals and developed new business opportunities.

From 1999 to 2011, Sherrie worked as a Managing Partner and Business and Marketing Strategist at MWSP, LLC. Sherrie provided marketing and communication solutions, created jobs during the Great Recession, and managed a special events division.

Sherrie then joined RH as a Trade Specialist and Co-Manager from 2010 to 2012, exceeding sales expectations and achieving significant growth for the Leawood location.
