Nell Shamrell-Harrington

Nell Shamrell-Harrington is a seasoned software engineer and leader with extensive experience in open source contributions and mentorship across various organizations. Currently serving as Chair of the Board of Directors at the Rust Foundation and a Principal Software Engineer at Microsoft, Nell has significantly contributed to critical projects such as the development of the OmniBOR specification and improvements to Azure Core services.
