Michael Cafarelli

Michael Cafarelli is a partner at Rustic Kitchen, which specializes in New American cuisine, with a background in diverse culinary ventures including co-founding The Studio Kitchen and Bar Rustic, and producing various dining experiences and television productions. Michael's legal experience comprises externships at Loyola Center for Conflict Resolution, AGMB, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, along with a summer associate role at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP. Education includes a Doctor of Law from Loyola Law School and a Master's in Management for Nonprofit & Public Organizations from Northeastern University. Michael has also trained in physical theatre and experiential learning facilitation, alongside earlier work managing spaces and communities at WeWork and Camp Quinebarge.
