Early in her career, Shelley specialized in IT support, first as senior support staff with Dell providing Help Desk services to the U.S. Center for Disease Control (CDC). Later, she served as a productivity coach at prosource.it, providing technical support as well as coaching and training services to the company’s own executive leadership team and to the Gulf of Mexico Group for BP America, which was a significant customer account at the time.

In 2015, Shelley’s career path shifted to a focus on manufacturing when she was first employed as a functional analyst for an IFS Apps 8.1 implementation for a large Food and Beverage provider. During this experience she collaborated with key stakeholders in pilot testing and data validation.

In total, the ERP deployment spanned five companies and included Finance, Procurement, Distribution, Manufacturing, Projects, Service & Maintenance, and Document Management modules within IFS. She also utilized ClickLearn to create work instructions and various training material.
