Rafael Leser

Rafael Leser is an experienced legal professional with a solid track record in managing legal teams and overseeing various legal matters. Currently serving as Gerente Jurídico at RV Tecnologia e Sistemas S.A. since May 2014, Rafael is responsible for managing a legal team, handling judicial and administrative litigation, drafting and reviewing contracts, and providing legal advice to the company's leadership. Prior experience includes serving as Coordenador Jurídico at GRUPO RIOPAE, where Rafael led a legal team, managed litigations, and contributed to the development of legal structures for new services. Rafael also worked as an independent legal consultant and held a position as Analista de Qualidade e Auditor Interno at SATA Serviços Auxiliares de Transporte Aéreo S.A., where responsibilities included conducting audits and implementing quality management systems. Rafael holds an MBA in Management and Business Law from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, a postgraduate degree in Public and Tax Law from Universidade Candido Mendes, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Unigranrio.
