Lloyd Lauland is the President of RVC Outdoor Destinations, a company that focuses on developing, owning, and operating vacation properties in naturally beautiful environments. Prior to this role, Lauland held various leadership positions in the hospitality industry, including as Vice President of Operations at Interstate Hotels & Resorts and Executive Director at JHM Interstate Hotels India Pvt. Ltd. Lauland's extensive experience also includes serving as General Manager at Hilton Lafayette Louisiana and Executive Assistant Manager at Brown Palace Hotel. Lauland began their career as an Assistant Front Office Manager at Hyatt Regency New Orleans after completing their education at the University of Louisiana Monroe.
