Nicole Roder
HS Principal at RVCSD
Mrs. Roder has been the HS principal of Rock Valley Schools since 2009. She is a Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn graduate and attended college at the University of Northern Iowa. Her passion is focused on students and them reaching their optimum potential as Rock Valley students.
She became a principal because she loves students and loves learning. She grew up around educators, and being a leader is a natural job for her.
