Didi van den Akker

Didi van den Akker has a diverse range of work experience in the HR field. Didi is currently working as an HR Specialist Entry, Exit and Change a.i. at Vattenfall. Prior to this, Didi held various roles at different companies. Didi was an HR Interim Professional at Rvdb, where they worked on temporary HR positions and attended training courses and coaching for HR skills and personal development. Didi also served as a Teamlead HR Services a.i. at Salta Group and as an HR Business Partner a.i. at Compass Group, where they dealt with complex personnel issues, implemented HR process improvements, and worked on small projects. Didi also worked as an HR Project Manager a.i. at PwC, where they managed various strategic HR projects and coordinated onboarding programs. Before that, Didi was an HR Front Office Employee / Project Manager a.i. at Wageningen University & Research, where they were responsible for project management and improvement projects. Didi also worked as a Learning Strategist & Trainer at Lepaya, where they led rebranding and improvement projects and facilitated training in data analytics and soft skills. Prior to Lepaya, Didi worked at Smartenup as a Medior Consultant & Trainer, where they provided training in analytical skills and worked as a consultant on data-related projects. Didi also held roles as a Human Resource Lead at Smartenup, where they implemented various HR initiatives, and as an HR Research Intern at ASML, where they conducted research on employee engagement. Didi's earliest work experience was as an HR-Recruiter Rijksoverheid at Randstad, where they were responsible for recruitment and selection for government clients.

Didi van den Akker has a diverse education history. Didi began their academic journey at Delft University of Technology in 2012, where they obtained a propedeuse degree in Bachelor, Industrieel Ontwerpen in 2014. Following this, they attended the University of Amsterdam from 2014 to 2017, earning a Bachelor's degree in Algemene Sociale Wetenschappen. Didi then proceeded to pursue a Master's degree in Organisational Psychology at Erasmus University Rotterdam, which they completed from 2018 to 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Didi has obtained several certifications. In 2019, they acquired a certification in Power BI from Smartenup (acquired by Lepaya). Didi further enhanced their Excel skills by completing Excel Level 3 - Achieve certification from the same institution in October 2019. Later, in February 2020, Didi earned the Excel Level 5 - Expand certification from Smartenup. Didi'smost recent certification, obtained in September 2022, is DISC | Persoonlijke Profiel Analyse (PPA) from Thomas International.
