Didi van den Akker has a diverse education history. Didi began their academic journey at Delft University of Technology in 2012, where they obtained a propedeuse degree in Bachelor, Industrieel Ontwerpen in 2014. Following this, they attended the University of Amsterdam from 2014 to 2017, earning a Bachelor's degree in Algemene Sociale Wetenschappen. Didi then proceeded to pursue a Master's degree in Organisational Psychology at Erasmus University Rotterdam, which they completed from 2018 to 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Didi has obtained several certifications. In 2019, they acquired a certification in Power BI from Smartenup (acquired by Lepaya). Didi further enhanced their Excel skills by completing Excel Level 3 - Achieve certification from the same institution in October 2019. Later, in February 2020, Didi earned the Excel Level 5 - Expand certification from Smartenup. Didi'smost recent certification, obtained in September 2022, is DISC | Persoonlijke Profiel Analyse (PPA) from Thomas International.
