Milou Papendorp

Milou Papendorp started working at Lister in 2013 as a Maatschappelijk werker GGZ, providing recovery-oriented support to individuals with psychiatric and/or addiction problems. Milou coordinated client care and collaborated with internal and external contacts. In 2015, they joined bol.com as an Operationeel medewerker, where they handled troubleshooting, proposed improvement initiatives, and answered inquiries regarding sales on the platform. From 2016 to 2017, Milou served as a Recruiter Nationaal Account at YoungCapital, focusing on larger Dutch organizations. Milou then became a Consultant at Career Openers in 2017, connecting online marketing professionals with retailers and pure players through networking and search assignments. Milou worked for Alias as a Corporate Recruiter at various companies, including Scotch & Soda, Proxsys, and Orange Cyberdefense, from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they are a Talent Manager at Rvdb, starting in August 2021.

Milou Papendorp completed their education in chronological order. From 2007 to 2009, they attended Marnix Academie, where they pursued a degree in Lerarenopleiding Basisonderwijs (PABO). Following that, from 2009 to 2013, they enrolled at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht), where they obtained a Bachelor of Social Work in the field of Maatschappelijk werk en dienstverlening.
