Sydney Weith has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries and roles. Sydney began their career as a Research Intern at Utrecht University, where they supported PhD students in their work-life balance research. Sydney then gained administrative experience as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at Huibers accountants - adviseurs. Sydney later took on a Graduate Internship at the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, where they wrote their master's thesis on employee onboarding and gained experience in government-wide HR policies.

In 2019, Sydney joined the Ministerie van Defensie, where they held two roles. As a Learning and Development Advisor for the Royal Netherlands Army, they focused on culture change within the HR department, including tasks such as improving change communication, professionalizing the HR organization, and promoting outside-in learning. Sydney also served as an HR Innovation Advisor, working on various innovative projects within the HR department.

Sydney's next role was as an HR Advisor at valantic NL, where they provided interim HR support. Sydney then joined TD SYNNEX as an HR Business Partner, where they acted as an interim consultant.

Most recently, Sydney is serving as an HR Recruitment Consultant for RVDB, where they are responsible for recruitment activities. Sydney'sprevious role as an HR Interim Professional at RVDB allowed their to contribute to various HR projects.

Sydney Weith has a diverse educational background with a focus on social sciences and public administration. Starting in 2008 and continuing until 2014, Sydney attended Het Baarnsch Lyceum, where they completed their Atheneum degree. In 2014, they began their undergraduate studies at Utrecht University, majoring in Psychology and completing their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in 2018. In 2015, Sydney entered the honors program at Utrecht University's Faculty of Social Sciences, which they completed in 2018. During their undergraduate years, they also spent time in 2017 studying Spanish Language at Camino Barcelona. Sydney then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Public Administration with a track in HR- and Change Management at Erasmus University Rotterdam from 2018 to 2019.
